1. Open AstroAskAQuestion and sign in.
2. Open the Profile Management screen.
3. Select the birth profile you wish to remove.
4. Delete the selected profile.
5. Open Past Answers if you want to remove stored answer history.
6. Confirm the deletion.

Deleting an individual profile removes only that profile and its associated history. Your account remains active.

1. Open AstroAskAQuestion.
2. Sign in using your Google account.
3. Open the Account section.
4. Select DELETE MY ACCOUNT FROM CLOUD PERMANENTLY
5. Review the warning message.
6. Confirm permanent deletion.

If you are unable to sign in to the application, you may request permanent account deletion by contacting our support team.

Please include:

• Your Google account email used to sign in.
• A request stating that you want your account permanently deleted.

Once your request is validated and approved, we will delete your account from the backend. This will delete your previous profiles, past answers, and wallet points associated with your account. You will have to uninstall the App from your mobile phone and install it again if you want to use it.

For your security, we may request additional verification before processing the deletion.

• Cloud synchronized birth profiles.
• Saved astrology questions.
• Saved astrology answers.
• Wallet information associated with your account.
• Application settings linked to your account.

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security or dispute resolution purposes.

Google Play and Google Authentication services may retain information according to their own privacy policies.
