Delete Your AstroAskAQuestion Account
This page explains how you can remove individual data, delete your account permanently and understand what information may be retained after deletion.
Delete Individual Data
- Open AstroAskAQuestion and sign in.
- Open the Profile Management screen.
- Select the birth profile you wish to remove.
- Delete the selected profile.
- Open Past Answers if you want to remove stored answer history.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deleting an individual profile removes only that profile and its associated history. Your account remains active.
Delete Your Entire Account
- Open AstroAskAQuestion.
- Sign in using your Google account.
- Open the Account section.
- Select Delete Account Permanently
- Review the warning message.
- Confirm permanent deletion.
If You Cannot Access the App
If you are unable to sign in to the application, you may request permanent account deletion by contacting our support team.

Please include:
- Your Google account email used to sign in.
- A request stating that you want your account permanently deleted.
For your security, we may request additional verification before processing the deletion.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your AstroAskAQuestion account.
- Cloud synchronized birth profiles.
- Saved astrology questions.
- Saved astrology answers.
- Wallet information associated with your account.
- Application settings linked to your account.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security or dispute resolution purposes.
Google Play and Google Authentication services may retain information according to their own privacy policies.
